Emby No Longer Getting Channel and Guide Data from ServerWMC

I am no long able to get Live TV channels and guide data from ServerWMC to Emby. It used to work well, and nothing has changed in my configuration (from my personal modification). The channels are recognized from WMC and none are blocked, but for whatever reason not passed. Attached is my ServerWMC log. Any help is appreciated.

I don't see a problem in the serverwmc log, so getting the logs Luke requested is the next thing to do.
