Setting- Branding - No scroll Bar in edit dialog - Stable Server

Just noticed that on the Stable 40.0 server the Branding dialog looses its scroll bars when you try and edit the text

 

When you have a reasonable amount of text the save button disappears off the bottom of the screen and the page itself does not have scroll bars so you cant make the page scroll - so you cant save your edits

 

This does not happen on the beta server 40.6

If you click on the scroll bar or within the text box you get this

 

Scroll bar disappears

 

Not a big problem as you can edit the branding text file directly on the server and the next Stable release will fix this etc etc

 

Thought i would report incase i am missing something
