Get Emby Premiere already have it ....

All of a sudden on my Samsung TV I am getting Get Emby Premiere cannot get past this error ... If I click on already paid it just says I do not have Emby Premeire ... User NYPLAYER.

I switched to Wireless it worked ... I then switched back to wired and it is working.
