Xbox App - Some Files Are Freezing At Certain Spots

Hey guys,

 

I just wanted to report a small issue.  A few of my files, not all but a few are freezing at certain spots in the movie.  I tested this with Ember too and it freezes in the same spot.  it seems to only happen when the audio is being remuxed and only happens with certain files.  Also I am not sure if this is related but when the movie starts I get a weird clicking sound for the first 10 seconds or so of the movie.  Almost sounds like scratched CD. 

 

I have attached what I believe are all the relevant logs along with a copy of the movie file.  For me the movie is freezing every time at the 6:53 mark.

I really hope this isn't due to the November update. Leave it to Microsoft to screw it up again lol

With my current setup in this particular room I am using a bose cinemate SR1 that is taking the audio directly from the TV.  The sound coming from the tv is in stereo. (maybe the TV is incapable of DTS passthrough).  Anytime a movie is in DTS and not AC3 emby transcodes the audio and I occasionally run into problems.  Alot of that was solved it seems with the fall update.  I checked with Bose and they agree that if I stop using the TV as passthrough and plug the optical audio cable directly into the xbox emby shouldn't transcode the DTS cause the soundbar can decode it. Therefor 99% of my files should direct play as they are all in either AC3 or DTS.
