grassysparkie 1 Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 Hello people.. Seem to facing a strange problem. Server side installed correctly. Client side I started the install process only to be met with a message in MCE saying... The media browser 3,program has stopped responding and you will be returned to windows media center. Looking at the list in MCE there is media browser option but no icon just a blue square. Also no icon on desktop. Unable to uninstall as it can't find the MSI package to uninstall. totally baffled. No icon on desktop no entry in program files. Strange..
ebr 16169 Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 How to Report a Problem In your logs folder there should be an install log from the msi but it sounds like maybe your WMC or Windows installation needs to be updated.
