Parental control tags question

If I were to set PC to TV-14..but I tag a movies that is TV-14 to block...Will the tv-14 override the tag or vice versa?

It will be blocked due to the tag.

awesome..yeah..that worked...so tag before rating...unfortunately there are more pg13 I need to block than I thought...but at least this is better than plex in that sense...

A feature request would be a reverse tag..one that would allow a movie to be played past the rating block..would make it easier to block all movies above pg and only allow a few past that gate.
