Playlists move to top of app?

They are kinda hidden at the bottom of Music.  Any ability to make them more prominent at the top of the app, as in it's own menu item?  Either in the music section like "Suggestions" or its own tile like in the web app, or both?

Hi.  Playlists should already have their own library tile in the top row of the home page on the app.  We'll have to take a look to see why they aren't showing up.
