no more user select menu

Hello,

since this morning, I' ve no more the possibility to choice the user when I launch the app.

I try restart both app and Apple TV without success.

 

2nd pb I always have trouble with subtitle with both user except one where all plays are perfect. Don't know why

Don’t know how but it seem resolve by itself.

My daughter just turn on Emby app on the Apple TV and the option for switching user was here
