Download of 3.2.40 hangs on download

Not sure if this is isolated to my setup but when I got the website and download Emby server for Windows it starts but hangs on downloading part and the progress bar doesn’t progress. My inter net seems to be working fine on the OS I dl emby server from.

It's not hanging, the progress is just not updating in the current version of the installer. It is a large download (85mb), so it is probably just taking a little time.
