Emby reports one new version, community another

Running Emby Server for QNAP.

 

Emby dashboard says:

 

Version 3.2.35.0

A new version of Emby Server is available!

Version 3.2.40.0 is now available for download.

 

However the latest available in the QNAP community is 3.2.36.0.

 

Why the discrepancy?

It's a community package. It's not hooked into our build and release system.

Ah. So is the displayed "new version" in the dashboard from the build and release system?

Correct. The qnap community member simply has not released yet.
