Keylonta 0 Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 I’ve been testing out TotalMedia Theatre 6 for an external player as an alternative to PowerDVD, because TMT6 remembers the playback position of all media types unlike PowerDVD which only remembers the playback position of folders and DVDs. An issue I’ve run into using TMT6 as the external player, is it won’t play VOB files. It plays them fine when I open a VOB file from Windows Explorer using either the main program (uTotalMediaTheatre6.exe) or the Media Center plugin (uMCEPlayer6.exe), but when launched using either of the aforementioned as external players, it just goes to the drive menu and won’t play the VOB file. Why is it not playing them?
Keylonta 0 Posted November 23, 2017 Author Posted November 23, 2017 (edited) What is it that the external player launcher is doing different than when playing the file from Windows Explorer? Maybe an Argument. Edited November 23, 2017 by Keylonta
Luke 42077 Posted November 23, 2017 Posted November 23, 2017 Command line params might need adjusting i would guess.
