24 hour clock

I'm getting annoyed by all this PM and AM stuff and would like to set the clock to 24 hours but that does not seem to be possible. Could you implement that?

Hi, some of our apps now allow you to specify the datetime locale independent of the display language.

Is there a Server Plugin that will override the AM / PM time stuff?
I'd prefer a notification of "Ends at 23:52" 

instead of "Ends at 11:52 PM"

What device/browser are you using that on?

I tried changing my locale to SWeden to get 24 hour clock but didn't work. I'm on roku
