Kramerika 18 Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 I am getting freezing while watching live TV or movies but more so for live TV, on both the Shield TV and Amazon Fire TV. If I watch live TV with the HDHomerun app, I have no issues.. Both the movies and live TV are direct playing. The stream will freeze and then come back again. There is an error in the server log (below). I attached the full log (see starting around 19:48 and beyond). I also sent a log through the app under MediaServer around 9:45 PM tonight (11/19). This started recently, most likely after a server update though I can't remember specifically. Nothing else has changed in my setup or configuration. What is causing this? 2017-11-19 19:48:46.017 Error HttpServer: Error in HttpListenerResponseWrapper: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine *** Error Report *** Version: 3.2.36.0 Command line: C:\Users\MediaServer\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\System\MediaBrowser.ServerApplication.exe Operating system: Microsoft Windows NT 6.2.9200.0 64-Bit OS: True 64-Bit Process: True User Interactive: True Processor count: 8 Program data path: C:\Users\MediaServer\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server Application directory: C:\Users\MediaServer\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\System System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Send(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 size, SocketFlags socketFlags) at SocketHttpListener.SocketStream.Write(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 count) at SocketHttpListener.Net.HttpResponseStream.InternalWrite(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 count) at SocketHttpListener.Net.HttpResponseStream.DisposeCore() at SocketHttpListener.Net.HttpResponseStream.Dispose(Boolean disposing) at System.IO.Stream.Close() at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpServer.SocketSharp.WebSocketSharpResponse.CloseOutputStream(HttpListenerResponse response) System.Net.Sockets.SocketException at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Send(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 size, SocketFlags socketFlags) at SocketHttpListener.SocketStream.Write(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 count) at SocketHttpListener.Net.HttpResponseStream.InternalWrite(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 count) at SocketHttpListener.Net.HttpResponseStream.DisposeCore() at SocketHttpListener.Net.HttpResponseStream.Dispose(Boolean disposing) at System.IO.Stream.Close() at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpServer.SocketSharp.WebSocketSharpResponse.CloseOutputStream(HttpListenerResponse response) server-63646646397.zip 1
Kramerika 18 Posted November 22, 2017 Author Posted November 22, 2017 Is this a repeat of another issue already here on the forum? If there is something that I can do, I would like to know what it is, but this did not occur until the last few weeks.
Luke 42078 Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 Hi there, can you please try installing the latest version from the website and let us know if the issue persists? thanks !
Kramerika 18 Posted November 22, 2017 Author Posted November 22, 2017 Do you mean for the server? I have the latest stable release for Windows, 3.2.36.0. The dashboard is not showing an update. Is the one from the website newer?
Kramerika 18 Posted November 22, 2017 Author Posted November 22, 2017 ok, I did that. It is now on version 3.2.40.0. I am not at home to test anything. Why did it not show me the update in the dashboard? I also am having a recent issue with recordings from live TV. Recordings will hiccup at some point in time and then the audio of the recording is off for the rest of the recording. This is in the recording itself, so there is no way to correct it. This never happened before. Could this be related to the above?
Kramerika 18 Posted November 27, 2017 Author Posted November 27, 2017 I have not seen the issue as frequently since updating, but it did happen again today and several other times since updating. This was on my Shield TV. 2017-11-26 13:47:40.834 Error HttpServer: Error in HttpListenerResponseWrapper: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine *** Error Report *** Version: 3.2.40.0 Command line: C:\Users\MediaServer\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\EmbyServer.dll Operating system: Microsoft Windows NT 6.2.9200.0 64-Bit OS: True 64-Bit Process: True User Interactive: True Processor count: 8 Program data path: C:\Users\MediaServer\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server Application directory: C:\Users\MediaServer\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine at SocketHttpListener.SocketStream.Write(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 count) at SocketHttpListener.Net.HttpResponseStream.DisposeCore() at SocketHttpListener.Net.HttpResponseStream.Dispose(Boolean disposing) at System.IO.Stream.Close() at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpServer.SocketSharp.WebSocketSharpResponse.CloseOutputStream(HttpListenerResponse response) System.Net.Sockets.SocketException at SocketHttpListener.SocketStream.Write(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 count) at SocketHttpListener.Net.HttpResponseStream.DisposeCore() at SocketHttpListener.Net.HttpResponseStream.Dispose(Boolean disposing) at System.IO.Stream.Close() at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpServer.SocketSharp.WebSocketSharpResponse.CloseOutputStream(HttpListenerResponse response) server-63647251200.zip
