Transcoding Trouble

I'm having trouble transcoding videos in emby on FreeNAS.

 

I have installed it into a 9.10 jail using the standard pbi and upgraded it to 3.2.33.0, the only thing I changed is the emby user name.

 

I can get the server to attempt a transcode (Kodi asks which subtitles to use) but it fails every time.

 

The logs says "System.ArgumentException: User does not have video remuxing permission." but I don't know what permissions to give the user.

 

How can I fix this?

In Emby user setup you denied access to a transcoding permission for a user. Now that user can't play as a result of doing that, because for the app they're using there's no other way to play that file.
