subtitles dont show up samsung UE55MU6402 tizen 2017

Hello i install the emby app from US store i am from europe but i tried because emby isnt available for greece.. anyway

 

i tried to play my series and is checked and worked from emby web browser but from samsung app cant see them.. i choose CC on player and settings and is enable and choose but nothing.. what the problem is?
