Transcoding recommendations for Xbox App

i'm trying to find a good all around setup for my Emby server that will let the web app run smoothly on low power machines, but also deliver good picture quality, and five or seven channel surround to things like the Xbox One app.  I have read somewhere that transcoding happens automatically on the Emby Theater UWP Apps but I'm not sure how to get my Emby server to stream video to my Xbox One without any problems.  My current issue is that on the Xbox UWP app my movies freeze about a minute into the movie, and I have to wait thirty seconds or a minute in order for the video to start playing again.  It seems to be worse on bluray rips than it is on Wtv files, and although channel changes are slow, live TV doesn't seem to freeze up like movies do.

hi jachin99 i am having the same problem some shows play all the way through and most others freeze and stop i can back out and resume and it picks up where i was.i was wondering if you found the answer to the question. thanks
