Can you store channel logos in channelIcons folder?

Under C:\Users\Public\Recorded TV\TempSWMC\imageCache\channelIcons can I manually place channel icons here and have it get imported into Emby as part of the guide? If so, what is the naming convention used? Thanks.

If you want to manually create channel icons, create a folder called userChannelImages and put in TempSWMC\imageCache.  Each icon stored there needs to be named the call sign of the channel, for example KCBA.jpg or CNN.jpg    Any icons in this folder will override corresponding icons found in the wmc guide.  You can also override program images this way too, the folder for that is userProgramImages.

Thanks, that's great. So it looks like it only works with JPG images, and not PNG with transparancy

Its been a while but I think that is probably right, just jpg.
