LiveTV Freezing

Hi,

 

Trying to watch LiveTV and after about a minute its freezing and some errors i haven't seen before in the transcoding log (Also, some recordings are having pauses and sync issues but one problem at a time as they may be connected). I attached the server and transcoding logs if anyone can point me to a solution.

If you get a chance, any ideas. I am unable to play these files in a web browser, just cannot start playback. The following is the error, over and over in the transcode. The file plays fine with theater (no transcode).
