LiveTV goes grey on fire stick gen 2 after an hour of playback

Hey

 

I've got a gen 2 fire stick and LiveTV goes grey after about an hour of playback. It seems as though emby crashes or something because it shows on the server the device disconnected.

 

Once this happens, I have to completely reboot my fire stick to get emby back up and running again.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you tell me an exact time when this has happened and the name of the Emby user that was logged in?

All day yesterday and I was logged in, Brad.

 

It happened on all 3 of my TV's using fire sticks

Okay, the next time this happens, immediately go back into the app and follow the instructions to send a log from the app.  Thanks.

so I have been playing with it all week and it happens literally 1 minute after the hour.

 

have to restart my firestick in order to log back in and send you the logs. Working on that now.

I believe I just submitted the logs. not 100% sure though

Hi.  Please see post #4.  Also, be sure you are running the latest version of the app (1.5.11 which was released after this report).
