ET Audio, Sub selection boxes

So, I like the feature, but don't like how it looks...   the audio "dropdown" is too long (dynamic depending on audio tracks), and the audio and subtitle dropdowns are touching each other when forced to the second line..    Maybe if subtitles had its own line rather than being pushed there?

Plus these are DROPDOWN's that don't actually drop down, they pop up a selection window...   If they are going to remain selection buttons rather than drop downs can we make them set dynamic buttons sized to the current selection and NOT sized based on the not selected longer titles like: "English Commentary with Director David Leitch and Editor Elisabert ROnaldsdottir"

What I'm getting at is size the selection buttons based on CURRENTLY selected subtite, or audio track, so there is not a big blank spot.

Also I would rather the interface not display the VIDEO field...   I'm going to have to start renaming my movie video and audio tracks now?  Eeeek more work I don't want to have to do...

I guess my vision is a SINGLE BUTTON that opens up a selection window that lets you pick your video, audio and subtitles on one pop-up screen two or three columns, rather than two fake dropdowns on the media info page, that have dynamic layouts and screw up the flow of the page depending on title info.

Also I personally would rather this video title info remain hidden, it can be changed and does not represent the actual video info. But I get why it's there...

But selecting the audio track before playback, doesn't actually work.

It is possible to tag multiple tracks as default. That must be what ffprobe told us.

That's why I posted that second picture. Only one track is the default.

But here's something. The file is an MP4, when loaded into mkvtoolnix (see above pic), it shows only one track as default. But if look at the options, it isn't designated as default. This must be an error with MP4 container.

I remuxed it, and it's corrected.

To my understanding from my other thread about this @@Luke said this would be changed in the next server release.  This is why I haven't spent an entire weekend cleaning up all of my file names yet. lol

I will add to this.  Have been watching Dark from netflix.  It is in German and comes with a crappy English overdub audio track.

If I select the german audio track before playing the english track still plays.  If I use the music note icon in the play back UI and select the german audio track it switches.

I am pretty sure I have english audio set as default somewhere in ET.  Perhaps that setting is over-riding the selection in the movie detail screen?

I was able to reproduce this. It only happens with certain videos. It will be resolved via server update, thanks.
