WilhelmStroker 102 Posted November 9, 2017 Posted November 9, 2017 I used the download function to download a large number of videos to my Surface Pro 4 for travel, but realised too late that I forgot to change the location to my SD card. If I move the files from C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Packages\EmbyMedia.EmbyTheater_svmepx4c03f7m\LocalState\ServerName to my SD card and change the location in Emby Theater, would this work? I'd rather not download all the videos again (and I've been burnt by Plex deleting synced videos before...)
Solution Luke 42078 Posted November 9, 2017 Solution Posted November 9, 2017 Right now it won't work, sorry. It will download them again. Alternatively you can just change the location, keep the existing ones where they are and they will still work. 1
WilhelmStroker 102 Posted November 10, 2017 Author Posted November 10, 2017 Thanks for the feedback Luke. Shame this is not possible, but at least I can use my Surface with synced/downloaded media and Emby (a massive reason why I'm switching to Emby is the state of their Win10 store app..)
