Can't see a grouping of recorded Live TV

In Roku I used to be to see a grouping of Shows under Live TV showing me, by show, my Live TV recordings.  Now (and I don't recall when this started) my Shows area just shows a rotating circle.  My latest recordings area does accurately list all my recorded Live TV.

I have confirmed I can see the grouping in shows on my browser.  I'm also not having an issue with the iPhone app.  This just appears to be isolated to all three of my Roku devices.

I uploaded a Roku log at around 19:08 Eastern and should be from user MH and the server was MH-Desktop.

Let me know if you need more.

Thanks,

Mike

Can you tell me exactly where you are talking about here?

Also, what is your live TV configuration (tuner, using a plug-in, etc.)?

Thanks.

I am attaching a picture of my screen showing the issue.  Hope its explains what I'm trying to say.  I have two Hauppauge 7164 tuners.  Installed plugins are NextPVR and Roku Thumbnails.

Are you sure that's the correct log?  The time in your picture is 10:29am and the last line in the log was at 8:50am...

Your log is filled with image processing errors as well as not found errors on images that should be there.  Luke - any idea what those are?

Let's try this one.  Log may not have updated before I grabbed it previously.

I would reinstall Emby server (from download page) over current build to update from net framework to net core version.

or

You are currently running old FFMPEG (\ffmpeg\20160410\ffmpeg.exe).  You could delete the ffmpeg folder and restart current server to download newer ffmpeg.

I will give this a shot tonight.  Just to be clear, I'm able to record TV and play them back without issue.  The issue I am having is that these recordings are not being grouped by TV show name.

The same issue is with the Android mobile app and MediaPortal live tv, but it's okay in a browser.

For me the Recording groups under Live TV in the iOS app are there.  This seems to only be broken for me in Roku.

any suggestions?

So you're saying it's all fine in the web app, just not for Roku?

that is correct.  Program Grouping works in the web app, and I confirmed on my iPhone it is okay in that app as well.  On my Roku's the "Shows" section does not seem to build.

I would also like grouping of the TV shows in the roku.  It does it on the web client - just not the roku.  I am using the nextPVR plugin.

Is it still incorrect in the Android mobile app too?

Hauppage 2250 and a 2255.  I can record shows with no issue.  Emby for Roku used to group those recordings by show for me.  Now that section of the menu just says "Shows" with a spinning circle under it.  I had submitted a picture in my first post if you need to refresh your memory.

Thanks for taking a crack at this again.
