Emby wont play TV Series unless I choose Play All

I have 1 TV Series (Psych) that when I choose a specific episode nothing happens, if I choose a different episode nothing happens. The only way I can get this series to play is by selecting Play All which is a real pain in the %^&. I am using Amazon Fire TV and version 3.2.36.0 of Emby Server on Windows. Selecting a single episode works for the series in Browsers, this only occurs on my Fire TV's and only on this specific TV Series.

Hi.  Try refreshing one of these episodes in the web app and then playing it in the Fire TV app.

 

Does media information show up for the item at the bottom of the web app page?

Tried your suggestions but still unable to play. All media information shows for the episodes in Fire TV and the Browser

Okay, then please follow the instructions to send a log from the app (please include the information requested) when you try to play one of these.

Thanks.  I see no errors on the app side.  It just looks like you entered the detail screen and then backed out of it.

 

Can you tell me exactly what you did and what happened?

I launch the TV Series Psych, I select Season 1, I choose Episode 13, I then Select Play. At this point nothing happens

I then Select Play. 

 

You mean you navigate to the on-screen play button and click select on your remote?

 

What happens if, instead, you hit the play button on your remote in the previous screen (listing of episodes in season)?
