diaz1510 154 Posted November 6, 2017 Posted November 6, 2017 So I just updated to the latest emby but now I can't connect to the server remotely. When I log into Emby via either the browser or emby theater, it shows my server, I select connect, but then says there is a failure and that I need to make sure it's running. I remote into my PC (I'm on vacation, so not home for awhile) and its running just fine...
Luke 42080 Posted November 6, 2017 Posted November 6, 2017 if you have comcast then your issues could be more related to today's Comcast outages rather than anything with Emby Server. Otherwise I would suggest checking out our Connection Troubleshooter. Please try the steps listed there and let us know exactly what succeeds and what doesn't. Thanks !
