Automatic creation image for folders

Luke, would it be possible to disable the automatic creation of an image for the folders with the first image that is available in the folder with several movies? I say this because f.exp I have a folder with adult films and it is not nice for the rest of my family to see an image in the folder of those movies, I prefer none image as it worked before the flat folder without any image and only with the name I have given to that folder.

For immediate resolution what you can do is just assign your open image.
