subtitles and vedio quality problem need to be fixed

There is 2 problem
 
1.  subtitles problem  

 

I‘m watching a movie with a ass subtitle.
When I  choose “auto” in “burn subtitles”
there is 2 messy code in every sentence

 
 
and if I choose “All complex formats (ASS, SSA, VOBSUB, PGS, SUB/IDX, etc.)”
then I can see only messy code except numbers.
 

 

 

 

 

 

2. transcode quality

 

When I play a vedio with a embedded pgs subtitle, the vedio need to be transcoded,but the transcoded quality is very low, I have tried all the setting ,but it doesn't work. I did't see this problem in PLEX

I was a PLEX's Paid user, and now I tried to use EMBY as my home media server.

But I think subtitle support and the vedio quality is the most important things, I will be happy to paid for Emby's premiere if you can fix those problem. Thanks

 

And there is a Android APP's problem , I will post it in android forum.
