Default new user config

I've been searching but haven't found the right solution yet.  There is a topic about turning off background music and themes :

How to turn off theme music on emby web contact home screen.  I ran into the same thing and discovered how to turn it off.

 

I created a new user and the settings were enabled again for that new user.  I repeated this for two more users.

 

Is there a "default" profile for new users?  Can I modify an xml somewhere with the settings I want all new users to have?  I'm comfortable doing that.  I just completed it for integrating Schedules Direct to properly fill the guide.  I want to turn off music/themes, and set a baseline bandwidth, etc.  I want certain settings to be applied to new users not globally to all users.

 

I am a new emby user and quickly falling in love with this product for a particular need that I have.
