Problems with download function

Tried download function of android app and their are some problems:

1- Files are downloaded without names but only with ____ is it because the names are in arabic ? please fix

2- Songs downloaded not grouped by album or artist but are randomly arranged

3- Movies and music sections displayed (red and blue colours) have no thumbnails but are blank

4- Movies downloaded have no backdrop pictures but are blank
