Question about Schedules Direct

On a fresh install of stable version 3.2.36.0 when I try to select the Country for Schedules Direct it just pulls up "undefined" as the listings. This is on Windows 10 using Firefox (and I tried via Edge). I have verified and re-verified my password several times, restarted the Server and my HTPC but still nothing.

Schedules direct is offline for maintenance.
