GameBrowser not allowing me to select console

I can confirm I have this problem as well...

I've not used MB/GB much in a while, but I've upgraded MB3, following all the upgrade steps for GB (delete library.db, delete GameBrowser.xml's, delete all game.xml's etc).  So all my games now appear correctly in MBT under the Folders view.

 

The problem I'm having now is as mentioned above!  In MBT when I try to add an External Player, "Media Type: Game", there are No Game Systems to choose from.

 

I've tried refreshing each console from the server's editing area (/mediabrowser/dashboard/edititemmetadata.html  I hope that's the place?), but still have the problem.

 

Any other ideas how to get this working?
