mattykellyuk 18 Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 Is this just a verified bug that is being looked into? Would anymore information be useful. Let me know if I can help. Help as in with logs or screenshots, can't fix it by any means.
ifignella 12 Posted November 25, 2017 Posted November 25, 2017 @@Luke, not sure if this information is of any use, but on all other series screens the seasons look like this (Season 1, Season 2, etc.). but on the series that doesn't organize correctly, the screen looks like this (coach, coach, etc.)
ifignella 12 Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 (edited) do the seasons have season numbers? yes, on my hard drive they are labelled as season 1, etc. on metadata manager, web, roku each season just shows up labelled "coach" to add to that, when looking in metadata manager I open the series "Coach" in the left column so each season is listed under it. every season is listed as coach. when I click on a season in the left column to see the details (on the right side), the details show as they should. The path is correct and the season number is correct. Edited November 26, 2017 by ifignella
ifignella 12 Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 (edited) @@Luke, I fixed the issue of 2 seasons showing up together (for me anyway). For my series it was Season 6 and Season 7 that were combined. I checked the nfo files and saw that in the season.nfo in Season 7, the season was actually labelled as 6. All I had to do was change that to 7 and refresh metadata. Not sure where that info comes from, but I'm assuming has nothing to do with Emby. Still trying to figure out why all the seasons are labelled as series title in metadata manager. Edit: I just went to the manager and edited the season titles and then locked the metadata.
