Low to very low fps with Emby on Nvidia Shield TV 2015

For H264 1080p contents with high action scenes the fps drop slighly (I'm guessing about 15fps based on my gaming experience lol), for HEVC 10-bit with HDR 2160p it drops to a crawl all over.

 

Not sure how to debug this or how to get debug information to report a bug, please help. Thank you.
