thatoneguy99 33 Posted October 27, 2017 Posted October 27, 2017 Is there a right way to use Emby as a stand-alone server? I have a laptop that runs the server with media on an external hard drive. I have two Fire sticks and they can’t play content because of Emby premiere. This is at my camper trailer with no internet access. I have Emby premiere but with no internet it can’t verify it. Any advice on the right way, or if this is even possible, would be much appreciated. TIA!! Sent from my phone!

ebr 16174 Posted October 28, 2017 Posted October 28, 2017 Well, with Premiere, that's going to fail after a week. To keep it offline forever, you would need to unlock the app with the one-time purchase.
