Wetpaws 2 Posted October 28, 2017 Author Posted October 28, 2017 when I try to play from my computer running the server the music file is displayed then I see the circle display trying to load a play bar appears at the bottom of the screen but no sound after a few seconds like 10 it drops to the next song in the album. No sound this will continue if I don't stop it. I tried to play music on my smart phone samsung S8 Plus no sound but scrolls very fat like 1 song a second. Nothing plays on music

Luke 42078 Posted October 28, 2017 Posted October 28, 2017 It doesn't look like we have media info for these titles. try going to the album in the web app and using the 3-dot menu to refresh the album.
Wetpaws 2 Posted October 28, 2017 Author Posted October 28, 2017 I tried that I also removed all music from server so nothing was there, Then I reinstalled my music files took a while for all my albums to load i have a large collection still not working. It was working before the upgrade. Do you think I have to uninstall everything and start over?

Wetpaws 2 Posted October 28, 2017 Author Posted October 28, 2017 I have tried refreshing the music folder goes to 90% and stops most songs or albums dont play its a very large collection I can see that my nas drive that has the music collection on it is being accessed the collection does not show all artists and albums and most don't play. when I try to play an album that is not working it tries to play and then goes down a list and even some songs are shown at random and some do play

Luke 42078 Posted October 28, 2017 Posted October 28, 2017 Did you select the option in the dropdown to replace all metadata? you need to do that.
