psubsee2002 7 Posted October 25, 2017 Posted October 25, 2017 I recently migrated my CableCard from my InfinitiTV installed in my old Media Center PC to my HDHomeRun and I'm trying to run Live exclusively through my NVida Shield. The transition was mostly successful and I now have numerous series set up for recording. Aside from some issues setting up HD vs SD recordings the transition for me has gone pretty smoothly, however, I'm having difficulty seeing my scheduled recordings. In all of my devices, I am unable to see anything in the "Scheduled" tab of Live TV. My devices are an Android Tablet connected via Wi-Fi, 2 Android Phones connected via Wi-Fi, AndroidTv (NVidia Shield) connected via Ethernet, laptop via Wi-Fi and server via Ethernet (the latter 2 are connecting via the webclient). When I go to "LiveTV" and click on "Scheduled", I just get a spinning icon indicating that it is loading. When there is a show that is currently recording, it will show up pretty quickly, but nothing else ever appears. How can I get the Emby apps to show me what I have scheduled and not just give me a black screen with a loading icon?

Of course, how could I have forgotten.... I just tried to fetch the "Scheduled" tab a few minutes ago and have the logs from both the server for that time, and the application (Android Mobile). It should be noted that I just tried to load "Scheduled" on my laptop via the Web Client while writing this reply and it did load, so it would appear to be more of an Android issue than a server issue (but i included both logs just in case). server-63644881070.txt
Luke 42078 Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 Try updating to the latest version of the android app, thanks.
psubsee2002 7 Posted October 29, 2017 Author Posted October 29, 2017 Thought I was updated, should have checked that first. I just updated, but no change. Web Client in Chrome on Windows 10 loaded just fine after several seconds (~2 minutes). But the Android Mobile app just keeps spinning. Both applications are connected over Wi-Fi and were within inches of each other during the test, so signal quality is virtually no different. I tried disconnecting from Wi-Fi on the android device and tried to connect via 4G with no change in status.
psubsee2002 7 Posted October 29, 2017 Author Posted October 29, 2017 I have trouble finding the version from within the app itself, but I updated to the latest version in Google Play, and it mentions that it is 2.9.65. so yes, I think i am running the latest version
Luke 42078 Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 OK, I don't have an explanation right now as no one else is reporting it. I'll just have to keep an eye out for it, thanks.
