Display Short Synopsis when Highlighted on Movie / Show in ET

Netflix does it, where you can read a bit about the movie or show when it is highlighted. I've long thought that Emby should too. I haven't posted it in the past but am now because I feel the product has matured far enough that it should have this to be more complete.

FYI - this is available in Android TV and Fire TV but it is optional and defaulted to off.
