Anyone else seeing issues with schedules direct epg info?

I updated to .34 yesterday everthing was fine. Today lots of channels missing data again.

I reverted back to .33 no change - still missing lots of data even cable card channels which I don't think Ihave seen before.

I have seen a few threads about this recently don't see a solution.

Screenshot and logs attached.

xxx.3531 is 3.2.34 xxx.4508 is 3.2.33

Thanks for reading and any help.

The logs look OK. check to see that the tuner channels are mapped to guide channels.

Yeah checked that they are. Look good.

Checked the mapping. Looks good for all the channels. Remapped a channel to different one (good data) data appeared good. Mapped it back to the original one still no data.

Same issue here. Schedules Direct, Cable Card, and many channels are missing data.

Nothing obviously wrong in your Logs.

I did have this myself with SD the other day.  By the morning and a further refresh the guide data came back.

I think SD may be having intermittent issues serving data at the moment.

I've had this happen several times. But I run a new scan and it repopulates. I just put it down to SD. If it happens again, I'll look deeper.

I've rescanned five times now, and I think it got worse even. I can tell because when I look at my scheduled recordings, there are less and fewer shows every time.

I have done several refresh guide tasks. No change.

Would the logs not give some indication of problems @SD?

The frustrating thing is this was all fine a few hours ago. Then went to crap. Happens more frequently, lately.

Anyways I will keep checking.

I do apprecite all input!

I'm seeing the same thing as of several minutes ago after a guide update in Emby.  I don't see anything unusual in the logs (attached).  I updated the guide in NextPVR using the same schedulesdirect account, and listings for all channels populated as expected for fourteen days.

This is similar to what happened to me six months ago. NextPVR got the data on the channels that are missing it, but emby didnt.

The SD guy I've contacted is saying there's no issue on their end, I gave him a link to this thread.

After the update to Version 3.2.34.0, all of my guide data is gone.

I rebooted the server and the computer twice with no change.

I have a subscription to schedules direct.

Has anyone been able to solve this issue?

Same issue here. Ive gone back to version 33 and still missing data. About to go back to version 32.

It's frustrating.

Especially when you spend money for this stuff and the folks you paid just shrug and say the fault is not on their end.

Whats odd is one of my servers is fine. I have an OTA server that is fully populated but my Cable server is missing 75% of its data.

Ive just switched to an xml guide data and its all back but no artwork of course.

And now there is nothing in the guide.  And no shows are showing up under LiveTV.

About 2-3 weeks ago, and everything was fine until maybe.... Yesterday...

When the latest update was released on October 13, 2017 (i.e. 20171013beta1).  All channels are showing up in the HDHomerun app as of 20 minutes ago, including those that no longer show up in Emby.

Well, the difference between using the HDHR app and emby, is that that app connects to siliconedust and gets all the info, directly. Emby imports the channel list the HDHR channel scan finds and then applies the data in accordance with that. I was just speculating that there maybe a discrepancy.

I can reproduce with a few channels and there just isn't any data coming back from schedules direct.
