Emby Not Releasing Tuner

I've noticed twice now that the Emby Win 10 server does not release its tuner when I cancel

or stop recording; this seems to happen when the recording is a series scheduled and I just stop

the recording at the half-hour mark or so; the latched tuner has not happenned to me

when I stop or cancel a regular recording (non-series); I have a SD HomeRun Prime

system with three tuners ; all firmware's and softwares are up to date and I'm running

the latest release of the Emby Server

Today..tuners were released when I stopped recording..I will continue to watch for

tuners not being released..Server Version: Win 10: 3.2.34.0
