Device constantly shows as active

I have a device that constantly shows as active on the server dashboard. 

This is an amazon tv i believe but i used that last and it was not using emby. The firestick was last used over 2 days ago. Pressing stop on the admin dashboard doesnt seem to do anything.

I've noticed that too from time to time w/ a Shield.  Not sure if it clears itself on its own since I do a server restart once a week.

So today while watching the patriots game i noticed that after a while my phone does not show as active. Right now i am in fact watching the game on my phone, but you wouldnt know it from the emby server dashboard and that persistant devices is still there after rebooting the server a few hours ago.
