occasionally guide data is missing info

From time to time my guide data is blank the only correlation is scheduled tasks has fired up to update tv guide as you can see in the picture.

 

I looked at the guide before and it had all the info it is only once I went back later in the evening that I noticed that it was blank and from past experience knew that guide refresh must have recently finished. It doesn't do it all of time when ever I try to manually refresh the guide in scheduled task it never causes this issue.  As you can see it is frustrating when it happens. I have scheduled the guide refresh task every 4 hours. 

 

Any suggestions is appreciated I use the same guide data provider for wmc and never ever have seen this issue with wmc.

Maybe those programs aren't in the xml anymore?

It happened day before at the same time I will look at xlmtv file and report back.

 

I will remove url and use wget to update that way the guide file will be exactly as the one loaded in Emby.
