y3knik 17 Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 Hi: I am pretty sure that my server is crashing because I have enhanced images enabled. Once I disabled it, seems like the server crashes stopped. Is this a known issue? Here is how I discovered it: App is Roku, server is running on Debian. Start app, all images load except 2. Server dies. Restart server, same thing happened. On the app, disable all enhanced functionality, restart server and load. This time it works. A couple of logs that I captured are attached. I dont see any errors in the logs, but I am hoping you do. Would you be able to offer me suggestions on how to resolve please? server-63644339595.txt server-63644339762.txt server-63644339865.txt server-63644339944.txt server-63644340143.txt
Luke 42089 Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 Hi, I would try uninstalling the cover art plugin for now. We are in process of changing our image processing library that we're using, and that will be done soon. Until then it's probably not worth troubleshooting. Thanks.
y3knik 17 Posted October 23, 2017 Author Posted October 23, 2017 (edited) Thanks Luke! I disabled CoverArt, but I am still seeing those crashes. This time, Roku is fine, however if I log into the webapp from a browser using incognito, to make sure something isn't cached, I see the same behavior. The two images on my main page do not load and the server crashes. I have attached the latest log file. Can you help me please? server-63644375653.txt server-63644375733.txt server-63644375808.txt server-63644376079.txt server-63644376125.txt Edited October 23, 2017 by y3knik
y3knik 17 Posted October 23, 2017 Author Posted October 23, 2017 Did you forget to attach the log? Yep, Sorry! They are there now.
y3knik 17 Posted October 23, 2017 Author Posted October 23, 2017 Here is the newest one where the crash was induced. If you need more files, let me know. server-63644376125.txt
