Sootchucker 1 Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 (edited) Hi guys. First of all I will admit that I'm a) a newbie, and not overly technical - I just use use the software so know nothing about SSH etc...and I hope this is the right section to post this query ? Right, I recently had a notification that the Emby server on my Qnap TS-453a had a update avaialble, so I duely updated and now it's running Emby 3.2.33.0 on the Qnap. I'm mainly viewing the Emby files on my Samsung 50" 4K Smart TV using an Amazon Fire TV 4K (running the native Amazon app version 1.4.51a). Since the update on the Emby app on my Qnap a week or so ago, I've noticed that whilst Emby still plays just fine, that my Genre Folders (which are my root library folders in Emby), aren't displaying correctly. Before the update they displayed just fine, but now they are squashed up and very tall as per the images below. Is this something I've done or something to do with the update, and how do I resolve it please ? My Main library screen on entering Emby Close up of the library icons However, when inside the library, everything displays just fine as per below: The weird thing also is when looking at my emby library on my Ipad, Iphone 6 or my Galaxy S7 all the icons display correctly as they did on the Fire TV all before the update ? Any ideas please ? Edited October 21, 2017 by Sootchucker 1
ebr 16174 Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 Yeah, sorry about this. There were some changes in the server that hopefully will get ironed out soon to correct this. It is mostly a problem with folks with custom library icons like you have. 1
