sylvio2000 23 Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 Hi. What I have done so far: 1. I uninstalled emby server (Windows7) and deleteted everything in %appdata%. So I started with a completely new installation. 2. I installed the latest emby server (3.2.33.0) 3. In "library" I checked "group movies in collections". 4. Then I created my library folders and scanned it I have 2 different folders with movies. One is for kids and the other one for adults. In the kids library all collections are there. In the adults library most collections do not appear. Only a few are there. I already deleted the adults library and rescanned it, but this doesnt help. This is all for the webgui.
Luke 42085 Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 Have you created collections for movies in your adult library?
sylvio2000 23 Posted October 21, 2017 Author Posted October 21, 2017 I just enabled "group movies in collections". I did not manually add collections
Luke 42085 Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 Ok, what are you expecting to happen? you need to create collections. You can also try the Autoboxsets plugin and see if that will automatically create some for you. But first you need to have collections in your library before that setting will have any impact. To learn more, check out our wiki on collections: https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki/Collections Please let us know if this helps. Thanks !
sylvio2000 23 Posted October 21, 2017 Author Posted October 21, 2017 I thought this option would automatically create collections? If not, why do I have all collections in the kids library? I never manually created a collection?
Luke 42085 Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 At some point you might have installed the autoboxsets plugin and that would have created those collections.
sylvio2000 23 Posted October 21, 2017 Author Posted October 21, 2017 You are right. For a short moment the autobox plugin was installed, but not activated. I uninstalled it. Ok, then I will install this plugin again
