Emby connect on IOS not working

Hi Guys

I can connect to the IP address externally through safari, but when I try to connect with the iOS app and emby connect, I get the we are unable to connect??

What am I Missing?

I've got the same issue. I can see the server, but when I connect it just comes up with an error after a while : "We're unable to connect to the selected server...."

Had to add "Public" to my firewall. It is working now
