TonyAdamson 1 Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Hi, I have been unable to get into MBT at all today. When I try I get 'There was an error processing the request' - see screen grab 1. I click OK then I get screen grab 2. When I try to browse libary nothing is showing and I get ' An item with the same key has already been added' - see screen grab 3. The only thing I can think that has changed is I added a new TV series so I removed that but still can't access MBT. The server is up to date from what I can see - screen grab 4. Koleckai Silvestri 1154 Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Edit your Media Library and makes sure there aren't two items with the same name. TonyAdamson 1 Posted March 2, 2014 Author Posted March 2, 2014 OK, so when I was posting those screen shots I noticed that the Superhero had a folder type of General or mixed content. Don't know how that came about. I didn't change it. But anyway, changed it to movies and hey presto, it's working again. 1
Koleckai Silvestri 1154 Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Weird that it changed. Could have been a glitch in the matrix while upgrading. Glad it is resolved though.
