How to Update Emby Service

I have Emby 3.2.13.0 running in a Windows service. In server configuration it says there is a new update version 3.2.33.0. But when I download the setup from https://emby.media/windows-server.html and install it, it installs a tray App but doesn't update the service, I tried stopping the service but doesn't change anything, when I stop the tray app und restart the service there is the old version again. How can I update the service?

To be honest i"m not sure what you're asking here, but no, please do not tamper with the installation folder.
