Advanced Controls location?

Hi, I was reading this entry from @@Luke on Sept 27th 2017:

Need to quickly disable user accounts? Would you like to hide certain accounts from app login screens? Easily do that with advanced controls.

You can even take away a user's ability to edit their own profile settings. Maybe you don't want your kids accidentally changing their preferred subtitle language. Or maybe you have all your kids on one shared kids account and you'd like to manage the profile preferences yourself.

However I can not find these Advanced Control option anywhere in my user settings.

 

I am running the most recent version: 3.2.33.0, but I am unable to locate the Advanced Controls anywhere.

 

Can you please advise where this Advanced Controls option as described on Sept 27th is located?

That is a reposted blog from 2015 as you can see from the comment section and some old images layouts used in blog.  Only two of those options still exist and are visible in User Profile,

If it was blog from 2015 shouldn't it have 2015 date next to @@Luke's name ?

 

Since this was just posted 2 weeks ago I would expect it to be accurate?

So you are saying the blog posting made on Sept 27th 2017 it has 2 year old information that is no longer applicable?

 

I would voice my frustration again with how things regarding Emby are communicated or lack there of. 

 

But of course I don't want to get anymore warning points.

 

So I guess I will say instead:  Great Job! and Have a nice day!

Or we could try not being passive-aggressive and bitchy.  How about a perfectly fair "@@Luke when you repost your older blog content it's a good idea to make sure the content in the blog post is still valid'.  The concern is legitimate.  Your method of expressing of it is what's gotten you in trouble.
