Resume in progress recording

I have Emby installed on my windows 10 machine, and 2 HDHomeRun primes that I use with emby for.

 

I generally watch shows on my laptop (webui) and when I try to resume watching anything that i started earlier (in progress recordings) it always starts from the beginning. (Either on the same device or a new device)

 

All I read it seems this shouldn’t happen. Am I correct that it should resume where I left off? (Even if the recording finishes between when I start and resume?)

 

Any troubleshooting I can do to fix?
