Problem with getting the public key (Ubuntu 17.04)

So today while updating.  I am getting the error

W: GPG error: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/emby/xUbuntu_17.04  Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 0A506F712A7D8A28

So I tried to download a new key, and it's telling me it can't connect.

failed: Connection timed out.

Anyone else having issue getting a key???
