Emby Server Shuts Down Unexpectedly

Looks like TMDB is returning a 404 for movie w/ id 301231, which is causing emby to crash w/ a DIrectoryNotFound that corresponds to that movie's cache directory.  Try forcing a refresh on that movie (whichever it might be, Im too lazy to query the API manually).

Hi, can you try removing your installed plugins and see if the issue persists? thanks.

Ok, disabled the plugins. Still the same problem.

Log Attached.

Was an "unhandled..." log created?

You may need to enable debug logging also.  Note you have to restart Emby when you enable debug logging.  Dashboard-Logs

I didn't see one in the log directory.

Would it be in a different directory?

How are you determining that emby server has shut down?

How are you determining that emby server has shut down?

Because it's not running????

If i restart it, 10 mins later it's not running.

It's also not in the task manager list

Can you check your windows event viewer logs for any information about the shutdown? thanks.

Nothing unusual.

Just that there is an update to EPG which I just did.

Did the EPG database update. Then loaded emby. Library scan was about 75%

done and then the program quit. Attached the latest log file.

If you're on windows can you try running the beta installer from the website and let me know if the issue persists? thanks.

Ok, I downloaded the beta version as you suggested.

When I run it, I get the error in the attached screen shot.

I have tried using "Run as Administrator" also with the same error.

Are you running Emby as a Service?  Since that error basically says Emby is running and I can't overwrite it.

Installed the beta version and so far it's been running. Will post later if problems occur.

Thanks for the help.
